Military Outdoor Fitness
Alternative Education Provision

Our business was formed on the premise of doing things a little different. We took fitness to the great outdoors, and by doing things different we saw different results. We have taken this methodology into the education world. We understand that not every young person learns in the same way. Therefore we thought that we need an Alternative approach. To find out how we can support and help your Young People to learn a new approach get in touch today

Physical Activity

What is it?

Participating in physical activities releases endorphins, often referred to as "feel-good" hormones, which can elevate mood and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. This biochemical response can provide immediate relief and a sense of accomplishment, fostering a more positive self-image. Additionally, physical activity can help improve focus and concentration, which are often areas of difficulty for young people with SEMH needs. By promoting better attention and engagement, these activities create a more conducive environment for learning and personal growth. These sessions can be anything from a walk and talk around Greenwich Park to a fun Archery or boxing lesson in Long Lane Junior Football Club.
