I used to dread the evenings as that was when I would binge eat,
❌slice after slice of toast
❌spoonful after spoonful of Biscoff spread (true story 😱)
❌an entire tub of ice cream on a Wednesday evening 🤯
Even though I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry for 15 years, and have encourage my clients to be consistent and have seen their results as a DIRECT result of them showing and being consistent
I wasn’t practicing it myself
✔️Yo-yoing up and down in weight
✔️Stop/Start relationship with training and exercise
